Jane graduated from the University of Ulster in Coleraine and spent a number of years working in finance departments in London and Dublin before moving back to Northern Ireland where she worked for Newry and Mourne Enterprise Agency from 2005 until 2014 as part of the Programme management team on a number of Micro Enterprise Business development programmes.
Jane purchased Holdfast in the Autumn of 2014 and took over the running of the company in January 2015.
Malcolm began working in Company Registration in 1998 when he joined the team at Holdfast.
Malcolm has over 21 years of experience in Company Incorporation and has a wide range of expertise in all aspects of the formation of companies, both at incorporation and also with any changes that may occur during the lifetime of a company.
Malcolm is also responsible for the in-house IT management and also the development of the company’s website and related social media.
