We can supply a Registered Office Address facility for Company's based in:

This Registered Office Address service is only for Limited by Shares/Guarantee, Unlimited Company's and LLP's (not available for LP's) it is only for mail from Companies House, Government Departments

Not for general business mail, it is not to be used as a trading address.

If you wish to use our supplied address as the Directors Correspondence address there is additional fee of £60.00 (inc. vat)  per Director per year. (only applies to any of the UK Registered Office Addresses)

 

All mail is forwarded on the day it is received, postage costs will apply and will be billed for on the yearly renewal of service invoice. 

If service is cancelled before the renewal date, a closing invoice will be issued for any outstanding postage costs.

Once your application is received a full Anti-Money Laundering and Due Diligence check will be carried out on all applications before services are provided
