Companies House has announced a number of changes and further increases to their statutory fees, which are due to come into effect from the  1st  February 2026.

These increases directly impact the cost of the services we provide. While we have always done our best to absorb such changes without passing them on, we are no longer able to continue doing so. Please note that we have not added anything to our own costs—the adjustment simply reflects the new Companies House fees.

Unfortunately going forward this means we will require full payment at the time of order for any services involving Companies House filings or applications. This ensures that we can process your requests promptly and in line with the updated requirements.​
