From 18 November 2025, all company directors and people with significant control (PSCs) will be legally required to verify their identity under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023. This requirement is part of wider reforms to help prevent the misuse of UK companies.
Identity verification requirements for limited partnerships, corporate directors of companies, corporate members of Limited Liability Partnerships, and officers of corporate PSCs, will be introduced at a later date.

COMPANIES HOUSE PRICE INCREASE'S
AS OF THE 1ST FEBRUARY AND ITS IMPACT
Companies House has announced a number of changes and further increases to their statutory fees, which are due to come into effect from the 1st February 2026.
These increases directly impact the cost of the services we provide. While we have always done our best to absorb such changes without passing them on, we are no longer able to continue doing so. Please note that we have not added anything to our own costs—the adjustment simply reflects the new Companies House fees.
Unfortunately going forward this means we will require full payment at the time of order for any services involving Companies House filings or applications. This ensures that we can process your requests promptly and in line with the updated requirements.
